You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring your content complies with applicable laws, and payment of all fees associated with your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

PickShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
